Session Length and What to Expect

Sessions can last from anywhere between 2.5 - 4 Hours. Sessions are currently not offered online and only at Dianna's home location in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

These sessions are customised to the clients needs, and length can vary depending on the hypnotherapy script that needs to be written up by Dianna.

Most sessions will need follow up sessions to deepen the connection, intention, and solidify the reprogramming and healing involved. This will keep you consistent, conscious, and in power with your actions.

 

You will be guided every step of the way. Once you are prepared and settled into a comfortable position laying down, Dianna will explain what to expect and how you may feel during the session.

It is important to wear comfortable clothing as you will be laying down for minimum of 2 hours or more.
